Many thanks to the platinum author Er Gen for the chapter recommendation!

I am absolutely stunned; tonight has truly left me speechless. I suddenly noticed a flurry of mentions in my notifications this evening, and upon clicking through, I realized that Er Gen had given my book a chapter recommendation.

Seeing this recommendation filled me with such immense excitement. Last year, I served as a deputy moderator for Er Gen, but I never told him that I was writing a novel myself. I knew my writing was subpar, and I was too embarrassed to bring it up. To my surprise, a number of friends discovered my work over the last couple of days and helped promote it, eventually even drawing the attention of "Fatty Er" himself.

I want to express my deepest, most sincere gratitude to every single person who has supported me. Their encouragement has given me the motivation to keep going, and I am filled with profound emotion.

The very first web novel I ever read was *Renegade Immortal*. That was seven years ago. The memory of holding my phone back then, reading novels on that old website, remains vivid in my mind.

*Renegade Immortal* has always been my favorite novel, and Wang Lin has always been my favorite character—bar none. Er Gen was the one who guided me into the world of web novels; discovering this vast ocean of literature has been one of the great blessings of my life. Perhaps the me from back then could never have imagined reaching this point today.

My heart is still racing, which is making this post a bit incoherent. Once again, I want to thank everyone who has chosen to subscribe or send a tip. Your support is the engine behind my writing. Thank you!
